Ya I was thinking about putting a stock ion in it until I just picked up a Lucky 5.1 body instead (got it for next to nothing)

I can't wait to see the second body and hopefully you can get a lot more progress with it. I really hope you follow this through at least to making a whole body, if not a whole gun

it's infusing right now...It's going VERY slow as it's quite cold in my garage.

went to unwrap it this morning only to find it was still gooie. i guess it's just too cold in my garage for the resin to cure. so i took it to my office, and hopefully it will cure while I'm here at work. I just hope the cold din't effect the infusion process.

alright...here we are...CFS v2.0

just for fun I decided to weigh each one..

v1.0--.112 lb
v2.0--.122 lb

V2.0 has the delrin inserts as well as an insert for the rear bolt guide and barrel threads. here you can see the rings and the bolt guide threads.

what are the delrin rings for again? I got confused in that conversation

the delrin rings are in locations where orings on the bolt assembly need to seal against the body. the resin is hard to get to a mirror finish, so i decided to add the rings to eliminate the problem altogether.
