Has anyone else been having trouble with weak shells
I've been through three of them and none seem to hold up for very long
I only tighten my feedneck until the loader does not move and I have never taken a dive on the loader

I'm almost certain they are not dead. I contacted them last month about a broken part and all was taken care of in few days.

Try emailing jen@pinkokiohoppers.com. The few times I've had a problem she's taken care of me. They might just be busy with the new hopper and World Cup this week. Keep at it though, they are the best when it comes to taking care of people.

I don't know about weak shells, My original Pinokio is almost 5 years old and still running strong with original everything. Make sure you let them know about it and I'm sure something will come of it.

I have six Pinokios right now. Here's my latest addition.
I saw a loader that Ender's Game had gone over with a Rhino-
Coat stuff, so I figured I'd give it a shot (I don't like the
way the bright paint shows through a smoke-colored loader).
After the coating on the outside, I then went through the
inside with non-silicone swirl remover and made sure it was
just slick as it could be.

First off where did you get the paint, and swirl remover! looks SICK!

second of all... Has anyone tried to contact pinokio recently? I have been trying for years(people have tried after my first attempts and have gotten responses) and cannot get a hold of them. I know for a fact that they are dead, but i really need a new board, mine has some burn marks and kills batteries even with the loader off, which didnt start till recently. sorry for reviving a long dead thread, but I could use some help getting a new board

The paint is called Truck Bed Liner spray, and
I get it at the local hardware store (Lowe's).
The swirl remover is from my local car paint
supply store, and is for polishing cars out
when you don't want silicone to mess with
the fresh paint.

I've never had a problem with any Pinokio,
so have never needed to contact them.

But i called and left a voicemail i hope they can still get parts i can not find a SPeed bend sensor anywhere on ebay or amazon or paintball stores

i think it is differen than the regular pinokio mine is black and the only bend sensors i have seen (that are out of stock) are clear

If it was shipped thats probably the shipping company at fault, not Pinokio
