Looks like some sort of late model mechanical Cocker. I was going to say it had an e-kit of some kind, but you can see the 3-way's timing rod above the trigger. That means you're looking at a straight pull double trigger, which is actually kinda bad, since the lever arm created can lead to binding.

I'm sure somebody knows better than I do, though.

Why is the barrel partially unscrewed? Are the threads stripped?
I would be cautious if buying this gun online based only on these pictures.

You have a valid point, but I think most criticisms of the Trilogy line were due to the fact that the bodies were cast rather than machined and that their production marked the beginning of WGP outsourcing all its manufacturing to China.
