Mistake 1 made! The vice I was using wasn't built square enough. My wall went from .125 down to .110 thick. I have since started using a different clamp. Im hoping to get a few hours on the mill this weekend. I already have the top operation programmed for the Ego Tray!

Code has been generated for the ego tray adapter and the top side milled! There were a few setup issues and tool change issues that actually make the first one I make not usable. I figure I will continue to finish it since there are more gremlins in the code Im sure... Anyway, a photo has been added to the first page. The top has been completely milled, but it wasnt much to look at so I didnt take any photos. However, I started the left side last night and it is actually starting to resemble something!

It took over 2 years, but I think I will have a body milled by the end of the year!

I ended up adding some wall thickness to allow for an over zealous polisher. The wall thickness now stands at .100 for the lower tube with the exception of the logo. That is .090. This should allow for at least 2 anno jobs

This is awesome!

I've always wanted to build an evil M but body milling and other parts have always been so limited.
