did you replace the #22 around the outside of the bolt. specifically the second to last #22 seal on the bolt sleeve. When it doesn't seal air from the solenoid resevoir it leaks into the rear ram chamber which then vents out the noid constantly.
Also just replacing orings is not good enough, you need to make sure the oring fit correctly by induvidually tesing the tightness of each seal. I've seen plenty of new orings that couldn't seal because they were ever so slightly too small/large.

Here is my question, first thing Nasty shocker, with virtue boardwith all stock settings, Evil Detonator Reg.
Now, as I air it up and in attempt to dry fire it, the bolt moves only a little bit and lets out a little quiet puff/pfft sound does not sound like a full cycle or enough air going into it.
What problem am I having?
Thanks, Vlad.

most likely pnuematic lockout. Replace your rear inner can oring, outer rear can oring, bolt sail oring, and inner bolt sleeve oring. Or just rebuild the whole bolt since orings are cheap.
Also check to make sure your dwell is correct 10-14ms , your pressure is between 150-200psi, and you have a fresh battery.

I have a sft reg that im trying to use on my smart parts vibe. It kept leaking in different areas from the reg including underneath through the hole where you adjust the air intake. Now it doesn't seem to be leaking but the vibe has awful drop off continually after each shot. I have tried another sft reg which works fine on the vibe and doesn't have drop off. I have concluded its the sft reg but have no idea what to do except open it up and check everything out which i have done. ( and little lube)
Any help would be appreciated!

Is it bad that my shocker is set to 23m/s of dwell, and has hard recoil is that normal?

thats high. hard recoil is not normal. if you have a gauge try upping your input reg pressure to 190 and lower your dwell

your orings in the can are probably too tight on the bolt. you need to check and see if the bolt is sliding pretty freely through the can. if not, you need to change them out for looser fitting orings. that will help your dwell and kick problem.

Misalignment? Damaged oring on the insert itself?

Can you describe in as much detail as possible the manifold? I'm working on a pretty cool project and i need a full understanding of the manifold; inlcuding which holes for air to travel through are related to each function. Thanks
I have tried researching it myself, including checking out zdspb, but haven't been able to come to any real conclusions

Air comes into the mani from the front hole in the left insert through the middle hole of the mani. It then goes through the noid and is directed to the front hole of the mani which directs air to the right insert and the front side of the sail. When you pull the trigger and activate the noid the spool switches. This bleeds the air in front of the sail back through the right insert into the noid and out the front channel cut in the mani. At the same time the spool now directs the air from the center hole to the back hole through the left insert and to the rear of the sail. The spool switches again and that air is bled out through the left insert to the noid and out the rear channel of the mani.
