I want to see closer pictures of the one done up in camo. Notice, too, that the camo one's barrel is nicked. Simon's definitely a player as well as a designer and builder!

Wait, that's the Simonized Axe, didn't recognize it from this angle. The trigger, I believe, is a wood one-off that was a gift.

I'm interested in these Axe modifications mostly for the weight savings. It seems the Axe has lots of extra metal that could be taken off to make it lighter and perhaps a bit more comfortable (at least from hearing of the changes to the Simonized/Vicious Axes). I'd like to know what's going on with the ASA and what the marker weighs in at when all the milling is said and done.

Pretty sure the ASA is just missing the front piece. It is milled down a little, but it is not functionally different from a regular Axe ASA.

Simonized Axes will not be for sale. That was a one-off he did for himself last year.

If the price is right this could be a killer upgrade. Congrats Simon. Ion bodies sold well back in the day, this reminds me of them but with much higher quality.
