I emailed every aftermarket board company I could think of (Ape, Virtue, Tadao, and at the time 7th) about an OLED board and Ape said possibly, Virtue said it wasn't on their list, and Tadao said they didn't plan on it but it might happen.

Aside from that, what new part could you possibly want? I mean, I could see a HE bolt and a new board, but unless it's like a POPS you wouldn't need a new ASA and the trigger is pure sex to use.

Is the Pink/Black version kinda a light salmon pink or a bright pink? it's hard to tell with the limited pics available for it

I think I talked to the gun tech about this but I don't know why it happened. When I had the eyes turned off the gun would still fire, I couldn't deal with it at the moment so I put it away and when I looked at it again it was fixed. What could cause that?

That's what they're supposed to do... When they're off it means that it'll fire if you pull the trigger, and if they're on it means that if there's something in the breech it'll fire when you pull the trigger and if there's nothing in the breech it won't do anything.

Whoops worded that wrong, I meant when the eyes were on it would still fire and I did nothing to fix it and it fixed itself. The LED light indicated the breech wasn't cleared but it most definitely was clear when the problem was occurring. Not sure why it just decided to start firing then next morning it's working fine

I don't really like the ASA, it seems pretty sketchy and the I can't walk the trigger as good as a straight trigger.

I don't like the trigger either but I've had no problems with the on/off

Again, the new board has the reversed on/off. Really like that. The trigger is OK, but I play PSP/WCPPL, so its the ramping program that I really paid attention to. (new board fixed the run away problem, THANKS VW!!)
Efficiency is really good, so are the ergonomics. Pretty happy so far.

I got to put my first day of play into mine. Gun worked great all day accept for one thing. My paint kept getting totally hung up on the bolt in the breech. It's three year old Evil....which is a bit larger than most paint today. I had to unscrew my drive train a bit to get things flowing. Once I did that it shot money all day. Efficiency was actually better than I thought and I was shooting about 290's all day. I was getting a hopper and 3 pods on 68ci filled to 2000 psi no problem. I probably could have shot 4 but it never came up. No ball breaks despite the hanging up issue.

I don't think anyone is making aftermarket parts yet.
I wouldn't mind seeing new grips though.

Valken should jump on top of that if they haven't started to yet, seems like there is a high demand for upgrades on the proton

I can understand the trigger, but seriously, the ASA?... What's sketchy about it? It's VERY similar to a Luxe ASA... Unless those are sketchy too?

I just like customizing my gun to me. I'm at a standstill right now with the Proton. Not a big fan of the trigger though.

Maybe you could make a trigger.



Took 54 minutes with a Dremel and a piece of plexiglass, from what I hear delrin is easier to work with. You could probably make a few triggers and sell them. If the product isn't there, instead of complaining on a forum about how a company isn't making it, you could become the one to make it.

EDIT: Actually... If I still had my Proton I'd make a few triggers. VW, any chance I could get you to loan a Proton to me so I could fabricate a trigger or five?

Anyone have any older timmy triggers kicking around? The proton trigger looks pretty similar to those in most respects.
