some serious SL66 velocity problems

well guys i've got myself an sl66 that won't shoot over 240... here's what i've done so far

-New Battery
-New o-rings (alllll over(lpr, hpr, rammer, back cap, i tore it ALL down) w. dow(regs) and oil(bolt/rammer))
-checked battery again
-new QEV diaphgrams
-factory settings (flush LPR, dwell at 10, kept adjusting on the HPR)
-tried new battery....
-played around with LPR (unscrewed it to turn up)
-hoses going from LPR to noid and noid to QEV look clean (unlike an old old timmy looks dirty/clogged)
-checked reg seat on HPR and on LPR, they look perfectly fine.
-checked LPR springs (silver first, piston, then gold spring)

only thing i'm not too sure about is the solenoid only because its shooting consistent

so guys, whats left to check?

Change O-rings in LPR. If LPR o-rings have started to leak, you can't push ego past 240-250fps, its definite sign that LPR needs to be maintained. Change all LPR o-rings and lube it.

(even if you had changed them, change them again if still no go, is the LPR spring still in good condition?) Try stealing LPR internals from another EGO model that fits in to see if things change.

I'll go over the LPR again and try a different tank. I'm using a Ninja tank (i just forget if its set for HP or LP) i remember taking the shims out on one of my Ninja regs....i just forgot which one lol.

If the original diaphragms werent torn I would re-install them. Sometimes the newer versions limit air flow in the 05/06 QEVs. Otherwise I will PM you the complete list of potential issues.
