Its a play on words Invert Emag just didnt sound as cool. besides, all a Mini really is, is an automag with an electronic air solenoid for an on/off..

Pics with the grip frames off? Or rail separated by grip frame? Thanks.

Ok, grips off..

I cant believe how much room is in these frames. Why havent they been used before? I have enough room to even E/P it in the future with a Mini control board in the foregrip.

Thanks for the pics. How are you setting up the "piston" to be actuated? I presume it's the following?

Clippard MPA-3 w/ Ram
Fabco MSV-2

Agreed on this frame having potential for 'mag modders.
-board up front
-plenty of space for the ram setup
-gas through grip for hidden lpr

Do you think you could squeeze a MAC 43 'noid in there? That would eliminate the current problem in sourcing solenoids. I wonder how much the board needs the upper board. Is it just for eyes and power transfer to the solenoid? If someone got fancy, they could maybe even custom fab an air transfer plate so one could use the Mini solenoid for the ram.

Nifty lil' project.

I dont know about a MAC solenoid, but a humphreys fits just fine with out the LPR in the grip.
That is something I have been wondering too. The top board is only the eye, trigger, and solenoid power. There are a few tiny resistors on it, but it is mostly just traces. The problem with using the mini solenoid is that it is self contained. By that I mean the air flows from the top, through the plunger, and back out the top. There is no good way of isolating it for any other use.

Yes the air goes LPR MSV2 MPA3.
I am thinking of gutting the Mini ASA, removing the guage and drilling out the top for the LPR.
