Dye DM6 with Tadao Trauma board ~ Star Wars Storm Trooper Theme ~

SOLD LOCALLY 8/04/2013
SOLD LOCALLY 8/04/2013
SOLD LOCALLY 8/04/2013

Here's my super clean black and clear DM6 with Tadao Trauma board
(more efficient battery life, higher energy output to solenoid, more
fine-tuning options available). It comes with a matched clamping
feed neck (which has a thumb knob now, not the allen bolt shown),
and clear acrylic grip panels that I frosted to match the clear theme
of this marker. I just rebuilt the Hyper II regulator and the LP regulator
(installed new seats, and replaced o-rings as needed). I also serviced
the solenoid, and made sure that the wiring was correctly run along
the sides of it (to avoid damage). I put new detents in, new detent
springs in, and new detent screws in. I have done what's called a
"530 mod" to the back cap, which results in better efficiency and
less shoot-down. This also has a magnetic trigger modification which
leaves a smoother trigger action. This has a CP flow plug installed to
prevent against leaks that the factory on/off sometimes can get.
I've matched this to the equivalent of the Dye Ultralight barrel in a
.687 bore, which is perfect for much of the paint being sold right now.
This shooter is tight, the bolt has very little wear, and the entire
marker is in fantastic condition, with only a few little signs of wear
here and there.

Best offer over $269 shipped gets it.

* I can swap out the silver eye plates for dust black ones
* I put together a nice little o-ring and spare parts kit (example in last pic)
~ with extra seats, extra detents, extra detent springs,
~ extra trigger pin, extra trigger spring, and extra metal
~ switch buttons (you know- the stuff that can get
~ lost real easy, and is a pain to locate replacement
~ by themselves without paying a bunch to ship)

Thanks for the offer, EtekPaintball. That is a well-kept marker.
I would trade for an Etek 3 LT or Etek 3 AM, but not anything
earlier. It seems to me that the poppit advances have come
quite a bit a way compared to the DM series advancements
over the same time-frame. I suppose that's just one of the
reasons I stick with the DM6 and DM7 line rather than jump
onto a newer DM model (other than the fact that I like the
eye cover access over the eye pipe platform).

I do have a Ninja 68/45 that has led a very boring life,
having getting it for my twin brother who only used it
about a dozen times since I bought it new at the end
of 2009. It's birth date is 09/09. It has a very nice
Dye Rhino cover. I will accept no less than $99 from
anyone local, so if I have to ship it along with the
marker, that's going to make it more like $115 shipped.
That seems a bit on the high side for a 68/45, which is
why I'm not posting it for sale online, and relying on my
local community to buy it instead. Anyone purchasing
the DM6 and tank will be looking at $375 shipped.

I don't have an extra loader I'm willing to part with,
sorry to say. I did see a Pinokio come up yesterday,
if you're looking for the best loader for the money.
I don't remember who had it. I have an extra Dye
I4 mask (black with amber lens) in outstanding shape,
and as far as gear goes, more than anyone really
should have. If you need to fully equip yourself, feel
free to PM me or send me an e-mail, and we'll see
if I've got what you're looking for.

Interchangeable with the Dye UL barrel fronts
and backs. Seems the same to me, except
a cooler milling effect.

For $200, I would keep the barrel, swap out the Tadao board for a stock board,
and keep the parts kit. I would also withdraw my offer to swap the clear eye
plates for black ones. I would expect the $200 would be free from PayPal fees.
