Neat.
Guess the Glock carbine conversion craze is still hot.

I recall seeing someone adapt a Glock airsoft carbine kit to their T-8.1 once...

Edit: Found it.

The TiPX and T8.1 have the capability to fire first strike (with the TiPX you need conversion kit), something that you usually would spend $600+ to get.
That is, before Kingman came out with the Hammer-7 and MR-5, both for under $200.
Quality can be argued, though.

It's cool to see Nelson and guys like Doug Brown (PsiOps and formerly Archon/Procaps) and Scott Watrous (HipboyScott, who last I'd heard of before the Zetamag was just a design student who made some cool homebrew milsim mods) joining forces and really innovating in the magfed market. While the FXR might not be everyone's cup of tea I think it's a sign of some more really awesome collaborations to come. It's really cool to see these connections made through a tiny forum (MilsimEmpire) years ago bringing new products to market today.

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, but one neat attribute is how high the sight rail is above the level of the CAR stock.
This will be a welcome feature for anyone who decides to actually wear a paintball mask when they use this thing.

Yeah, like glassware, but you can shoot it and then eat **** falling out of a tree with it and then shoot it again!

I see what you did there.

The design looks a bit gaudy, but all guns are either knockoffs, spinoffs, or something ingenious, right?

What I don't get is the consistent lack of legitimate realism. I don't think people understand that a lot of forces ONLY have semi-automatic available. Why not make the pistol fit bullpup bodies? Those guns have full length barrels without the look of it being impaled in the face like a tipx would without some lengthy shroud. It'll make the gun far better balanced and can allow for a CA source (not a 68 or 48/45, but even a 13ci would suffice for about, what, 10-20 magazines?)

****, I love bullpups.

STG. 77, for example.

On the other hand, at least provide a fake magazine with these kits that can house tools and supplies since the marker's already magfed. It really throws the visual and "realistic" balance off without one, in my honest opinion.

Can always make a magazine that can hold and use several 12 grams at a time and be connected to the gas block in the pistols.

Hmm?

Hmmmmm?

I'm excited for this for use with my TPX with FS block mod.

For those who don't like it, no big deal. But there are those of us who are looking forward to this kit (which is going to be competitively priced) especially with the launch of the new ZetaMags for the TPX. This will allow for using the Carbine when I want a little more stability for longer shots, but then I can take the parts off and slide it into a holster for when I am not to worried about using FS and just need a side arm.

I like it, and I like the growing interest in it!

Probably not, but would this fit the KT pistols? Like the Chaser?

On the Alpha Black and Project Salvo this is true, however it's just completely fake and useless for the X7.

For the current X-7 Phenoms perhaps.

The original X-7 had a wider magazine which did indeed fold out to reveal space for tools.
