This web site is privately owned. Their is not "rights" on this site. The admin have the right to ban you or kick you for any reason. There is no constitutional rights when you post on a privately owned web site. The rules are a system of check and balances. If he read the rules he knew he was in direct violation of said rules.

The mods/admin would have also banned someone for using demeaning language/groups against white people also.
