Thank you everyone that came and practiced out at HPP this Saturday!
I know the field wasn't set up to the standard size but everyone made due with what we had. Thanks for being good sports about it. Next time we will try and set it up in more of a team format with a standard size field.
I like how I say we... I meant to say MY PLAN is to try and set it up more team formatted. I don't work for HPP so obviously I can't say for sure. They are really good at working with us though so I'm almost positive they'll do it. As we get more people committed we have a better chance of getting full teams out there Saturdays.
I'm going to try and make this more of a regular thing that way it gives teams a better chance to get in some airball practice together as a team.
I'll keep everybody posted when I plan one out in the near future.
I also appreciate that fact that everyone kept the playing field on a friendly level despite the fact that people were getting frustrated w/ paint, setup, team divisions, and whatever else that might not have made the practice ideal.
Thanks again everyone that came out.
I can say that I'll be feeling that practice tomorrow.
