To much lube? Is it cold where you are? did the lube thicken up? Sounds to me, like your return valve is not working properly...

Sent mine back hoping when I get the new one that my issues are fixed. Canadian/US mail times are pathetic

Same issue as everyone else, V2 bolt sticking, changed back to stock and it was beautiful. 5ms Dwell, and surprisingly the gun rocks at 150 PSI. not having the velocity issues that others are having when I did have the Boss Bolt in. I do play in Phoenix and stock bolt shoots great at 115, boss bolt not so much. Love the fact that when it worked there was no kick, sound was lower. Seems like a great bolt and would like to use it more. Any suggestions?

If you can figure out what is sticking I can customize the bolt a bit for you conditions. Luckily for me I don't get to do any testing at 115*. Is it sticking and not coming forward or does it come forward and stick trying to return? It is real tight on the bolt guide in the heat or is it real tight in the breech? What lube are you using?

Where are you from? I have somebody that sent me 2 bolts with no name, no phone #, no email address, no return address and no clue what they want or need me to do with the bolts.

I have the same problem, really annoying haha, hopefully i can fix it.
