I don't know much about ECS, but that price tag really kills it. $250!!! It has nearly identical features to the asrock extreme 6 which sells for $150.

If I remember correctly, ECS doesn't have the best track record for reliable high-feature mobos. I could be wrong though, that was a long time ago.

I've never used them before, so I'm not sure either.

I'm probably switching to an Extreme4 (or extreme6 with the free ram) and a 3770k.

Das is a popular more popular brand for mechanical keyboard enthusiast. Most enthusiasts prefer mech keyboards with Costar stabilizers for the longer keys that sit on one switch... so they don't rock or feel mushy. The only keyboards I'm aware of that have Costar stabilizers are in Das, WASD, Filco, Rosewill... and I think Blackwidows have them. However, I'm not a fan of cherry black switches. I like my mechs with clicky sound. I would rather go with cherry brown switches if you don't want the clicky sound. At least cherry browns have the same tactile feel as my blue switches.

Not sure on the logitech if it has Costar stabilizers... and I'm not sure what switches it has. Between the 2, I would go with Das... but I recommend going with either brown or blue switches instead... unless noise is an issue in your house.

EDIT: I guess the Das doesn't have black keys... I mis-read black USB as black keys. Looks like it has gold-plated, mechanical key switches. I believe those do have a clicky sound to it... my preference between the 2 choices is still the Das keyboard.

I'm considering going watercooled... Yay/nay?

Reasons why I think it may be a decent idea for me:

- I've had issues with cooling the last two graphics cards I've had
- The desk I built leaves much to be desired in the way of cooling, there is space above the tower but only an inch or two on either side of it in its enclosed bay
- I could mount the radiator on the side of my desk -- it would get plenty of airflow and be totally hidden
- It would clear up some room in my case
- If/when I upgrade, rather than having to buy a new GPU/CPU cooler, I'll only have to buy a new waterblock at most

The only things that concern me are that I don't really know much about watercooling, what brands are good, how much cooling I'll need to support my hardware, etc
