2 at plex ???, 1 is plenty imo. Nothing against the facility its nice its just its location in relation to its relevance in the series... This is the Mid south..2 hours from chicago is not south..

I have to say this is really sticking it to the teams who live in the north Carolina , Tennessee, Georgia ,Arkansas line. Those guys have almost a 11 hour drive. For that drive they could play in sunny Florida or even a series in Texas. I think its important to keep it as central as you can to make it a regional series. That way the same teams can enjoy competing in the entire series. Some teams will make the haul , but some will not and cant for logistics ..why because 10 hrs both ways is miserable for anyone. Those guys are looking at either driving 10hrs after the event is over on sunday and getting home at 4-5 in the morning. Please consider the players . 1 is enough please dont make us do it twice ..pretty please!

. Even though I love the PLEX this years 9 hour drive from Missouri suuuuuuuucked. The rest of our team from Memphis had to drive like 12 hours to get there. That's a full day of driving haha. Is there anything in Missouri?

drive is just a drive when your competing for free entry to cup dude, i drove 18 hours to denver to play 7 games, road trips are where you get the memories man
cant have the series at 1 venue, and plex and asylum are the best around without competing with other tourney series fields

The point of free entry to cup is great, but free entry to cup is offered by more series than just MSXL. MILP is going to be offering entry to cup this year to. The point of playing MSXL is the talent pool, but its rough to make those drives when PLEX in anyone point of view is not the mid south.

It's great if your north of asylum ! Its unforgiving on the wallet and time if your not. A lot of people have work school or family stuff and can't take off a extra two days just for driving . Hold one at nitro paintball in ga and let's see how much you northern guys like the drive lol.

Logistically and geographically speaking we have a much larger pool of RaceTo 4 teams to draw from and no quality regional series for the northern Indiana Illinois & Ohio teams to compete in. MiLP will be hosting events in Georgia and Alabama this year. Too much overlap for both series to be successful. Yes we started out with the idea of Mid-South but as demand has grown and circumstances dictate we have moved farther north. We could change the name of the series and may. We have to make adjustments when and where the need arises.
