I've always had bad luck with industrial batteries try a Duracell, also I'm pretty sure industrial batteries have a shelf life on them also

Double check that you battery is making proper contact with the terminals and that your buttons on the back of the frame are activating the buttons on the actual electronic board.

Does it make any sounds? is there any water damage on the board or any corrosion. Where are you located, maybe find a warranty center near you to help out?

Did it ever turn on?
Open the grip and take a picture of the board with the battery in it.

A Friend of mine had the Prob that the board was not on the right position in the frame. I fixed it for him.

You can go on following steps:

- Check you`re hearing a "click" by pushing the Power buttom. You have to hear it also without a batterie.
- If you don´t hear any "click" your board need to adjust in the Frame
----> open all 3 Board screws an push it softly to the buttom console
----> close all 3 Board screws
----> Check the "click"
