PE Customer Service #1/ I received my springless poppet kit!

Got my kit in today. Wow that was bloody fast. I only received my Etha last week, had it registered, got an email from Nicky T two days ago, and here it is two days later. I'm just amazed even more by the PE customer service. A huge reason why I decided to stay with PE. Can't wait to shoot it with the new poppet and break that sucker in.

Thanks again NickyT, Aaron, Tom, and the crew at PE for taking care of me on this. Glad I'll be supported even when buying a used gun. I had to start a new thread on this because of how surprised I am in the speed of getting the kit.

It's the reason why I chose Eclipse over any other brand when I bought my Etha. I'd had my heart set on getting a used Bob Long Closer, but I decided to look up other options as well. I then set my heart on an Axe, and then it came down between an Axe and an Etha. I had 3 or 4 friends say to get an Axe, and I almost did, but then I decided to check up on the Pbnation boards for each. On the Etha board, I saw Nicky T and Jack Wood talking with customers directly, and I was sold on the spot on getting my Etha. When it came with the springless poppet already in the box, not even a few weeks after it was released, I knew I made the right choice with customer service. From me as well, thank you Planet Eclipse, and you've won another lifelong customer already looking at maybe getting a Geo 3 with graduation money this summer.

Haha well you've been doing it right since I've been in the game! After going through 15+ guns, more than half have always been Eclipse guns. After shooting an Ego8 as my first every Eclipse gun I was hooked. You guys engineer and make amazing markers, along with having the best customer service I've seen. You have my business till I quit.

Is there a way to see when it will get here ? I got a message on Tuesday and I live in Oregon I'm just wondering when it should be here any help be awesome and planet eclipse rocks I got my etha when they started and I got the lass one when they frist shipped them so I was the frist kid in eastern Oregon to get one I thought that was cool

Just wait. I don't think they send it with a tracking number but I live in TX and mine got here within the week. For you it could be as early as Saturday, but most likely early next week.

I havent gotten my springless poppet yet either, but i was wondering if it has any advantages?
Ive replaced my spring once since buying it, but ive only taken it out about 3-4 times

Only advantage is you won't have to worry about compressing poppet springs and having to replace them anymore after long use. No other benefits are really listed or advertised for it.
