I'd be happy with it.
All I do is run and ruck.
I don't lift at all, or any of that other stuff.....everyone bases their fitness off of different things. Mine happens to be my aerobic fitness, and not how much I can bench.
I prefer longer runs and rucks. Bring that **** on.
And get rid of the pushups.
