Event organization- All Please read

If you are interested in hosting an event, please check the sticky at the top of this forum for the most current season's schedule (2011-2012 Season) and see what events have already been planned. To submit an event for the season, please visit http://ncpapaintball.com/college/event-hosting/.

In recent months there has been a lot of confusion as to just what events are taking place, when, how much, ect...

While nationals is totally out of our control by a number of different factors, I'd like to prevent these problems from happening for regular season events. So in our attempt I am trying to put together next years schedule, in stone, now...so that it can be released at Nationals in April.

The basics: Each region will host 2(two) 5-man events each semester for a total of 4 events plus nationals. No more, no less. You are welcome to set up other events however the NCPA will not sanction them for points.

What a host field should know: The NCPA asks for at least one speedball field for each 10 teams that plan to attend. Out of the entry fees $20 from each team goes to the NCPA as a sanctioning/administrative fee. We have a list of standardized prices should a field require it.

What I need: Each region so far should have done at least 2 events. Please contact your regional director and have them email me the following to: Phoenixhawk101@gmail.com:
1.) Date of event(s)
2.) Field name and region (as there are 4 Paintbrawls in the US)
3.) Field website and Phone number/Email
4.) Prices (avg)
5.) Teams in attendance (avg)
6.) Should we host there again

Xball- Same deal, send me that data as well, though i have some of it already.

If all goes well I'll contact these fields and set up next years events. If the event was less then steller, tell me, and we will look elsewhere. If you have a field that wants to host an event, send me the same information. The more feilds I have in file the better.

Right now I still need emails from:
North East
South Central
Midwest
West
Great Plains
South Atlantic

There really isn't much need to comment, just send me emails with information. I'll update as I go. If you do have a comment or suggestion please keep it on task and avoid spam or chats. Thank you,

-Rob
NCPA CEO

Diehard doesn't have an indoor so it's probably Ultimate

Does the san diego nppl count as a west division event? Also, since that was the only event that I know of that the west division had I was wondering if we could try to do three in the spring to make up for the missed one. Please pm me to let me know.

OSU can host the other midwest fall 5-man event at Paintball World up in Wellington, Ohio (30-45 minutes south of Cleveland)

Been talking to the field - who do I email with the final details?

Yes, HB counts. I'm also going to try and get us with NPPL/PSP events in the fall. (Texas is out due to space constraints.)

Everyone please email me your events, be it 100% ready to go, or only 10% there. Be sure to send me your region, field name, dates, and hopeful costs.

Don't forget, the midwest region needs to schedule two class A events to qualify for nationals.

Does the NE have both of it's events already planned for? I have a great local field that's interested in hosting an event.

Thanks,
Justin

I am wondering if you would like tournaments for 2006-2007 season to be on an actual field or if one could be held on a school. The reason I am asking is that the president of the Culinary Institute of america is wondering about hosting a tournament next fall possibly late september early october.

LSU can hold one for South Central, but I'm not going to know the details. The City's event office wants to help us with hosting an event at one of the city parks or something. They contacted me so it looks pretty promising but I don't have any details yet.

You're in Baton Rouge, right? How far would this be from campus?
