Question paintball jams and leak

so I purchased the D3FY last Friday and took it out Sunday for some fun. The gun shoots great but had problems with paintballs getting stuck above the rubber eyes. Another issue I had was the air. I filled up my tank (Guerrilla Air Pro 48/3000) up to 3000 and not even half the game my air was down to 1000. I'm not sure if there is a leak or something wrong with the gun. I filled up the tank before I left the paintball park and air is still on the 3000 mark on my tank so I know that's not the issue.
Please help!! Thanks.

I don’t think that you’re having a leak. How many shots did you get before the tank read 1000psi? With a 48/3000 tank you get approx. 600rnds and with a 68/4500 tank you get approx. 1100rnds. As for the "rubber eyes" which I believe your referring to the ball detents. We have two sizes. One for small bore paint and one for larger bore paint. You have a second set of Ball Detents in the spare parts kit.

oh no, it was a pod and 1/2. Air was completely gone when I finished my 2nd pod. I will change the ball detents and will let you know the result of that.

Dont forget that about your hopper/loader, it holds approx. 200rnds.

Talking

Spoke with a D3fy tech yesterday and damn!, that's the best damn service I've ever dealt with. They were quick to answer the phone, transfer, and for someone to answer the transfer. Tech was friendly, easy to deal with and what I like the most, he was quick to solve my issue. EXCELLENT JOB D3FY!!!!!

It was a misunderstanding. We offer two different size ball detents. One set for small bore size paint and another set for normal bore size paint. He didn't have an issue with the marker leaking. He was using a 48/3000 tank and shot a hopper and 2pods. With this size tank you get approx. 600rnd.
