What do you expect? These days going to the gym means a young girl going to walk on the treadmill and do whatever bull**** with 5 pound weights, or dudes trying to fast rep as much weight as they can handle on the bench, do some biceps and call it a day.
Then post about it on Facebook, of course.

i wound up lifting for free today at Quincy Athletic Club, which is a gym 5 mins down the road from me.
it's got all of the basics, and i wouldnt mind signing up there, the only problem is that you're locked in for a year. im gonna wait until the ymca re-opens before i make my decision. until then, im just gonna lift where/when i can for free.
next 3 days ill be spending at the LA fitness thats 20mins away.

Today the biggest guy who's there in the morning was repping 405 on incline, he noticed this random kid wandering around looking lost, I think it was his first time working out. Anyways this huge guy taught him how to bench properly and walked him through the rest of the workout. Was pretty much the opposite of the steroid user stereotype. The biggest guy there is actually one of nicest guys.

Myron first set up. Second two are a safe color-combo.
Also, might be moving to North Carolina next summer. Pretty excited. Don't really care about the accents nor country, but good opportunities so it should be nice.

The accents aren't anything to worry about unless you live in a really rural part of the state. But then again I am in Raleigh. However NC State does have a lot of ag students so it is pretty bad here on campus sometimes.

you cant tell from the photo, but the checkered shirt kinda has an ever so slightly red tint to it, and i thought that tie would bring it out really well.

I'd be in Hickory. My mom owns quite a few homes that she rents out and my sister and brother in law have been planning on moving up and it would work out perfect next summer since I'll be living with them anyway. They are pretty bad around that area, lol.

Nothing against pink, but I probably wouldn't wear any of those 3.
I prefer solid-color ties or at least very simple, not a big fan of the designs on all of yours.
Personally I would wear the checkered shirt on the left with a solid Maroon or dark red tie (not too far off from yours), and the light blue shirt on the right with a navy tie.

If I'm gonna wear a non-solid tie, it's either got some simple stripes or a much more subtle design than those posted above.
I like the design of the far-right tie, however personally I wouldn't wear it in baby pink.
