went there about 2 weeks ago to play some rec and the recball fields were all pretty muddy and stuff. As far as the speedball fields, i checked em out and they were ok...muddy but the hyperball and lego field were alright and there were some teams practicing on the turf fields...wish we could streetball with all the people like we used to.
i think what probley slowed down SC speedball fields is the fact that anyone with a decent size back yard or lot can buy their own airball field and set it up and practice all you want. you can get a large used airball setup for alot cheaper then you think.
sc village has gotten a hole lot better the fountian works and there are no more nails sticking up in north korea and a lot of other stuff so ya i give them a thumbs up
SC rocks for scenario style players, but i think the speedball fields are roughed up,Last time i was there which was Labour Day they had made improvements to a couple of fields
"Dude, that's not the way to go. A good manager should always properly maintain his business and have knowledge to buget. If Gio was a good manager he would be doing that on a daily basis. A good manager isn't supposed to have his customers tell him how to do his job or have his customers fix the problem. If he wants SC to go to ****, then that's on him. But one thing we cannot do is to fund him money by playing in his ****ty courses so that he can "promise" to overhaul the entire park. It's like giving the bailout to Wall Street. WTF happened to that 700 billion? What's gonna happen to our money if we do play there. It's just gonna go in his pocket, just like it has been for the past 2 - 3 years. If he wants to fix it he can because obviously he hasn't been spending enough money on maintaining the park and that huge margin between profit and upkeep is in his bank account.
Sorry for the rambling, I used to love that park and I hate ****ty management."
i agree, i still like the place just to go and mess around
Went there last weekend, scenario fields seemed well maintained and they had what seemed to be a pretty sizable staff. Gun tech didn't do much, but other than that everything seemed cool. Didn't go to the speed ball fields so can't comment on that.
Martian Luther King Jr. Day looks promising.
i heard SC is going to be opening up more airball fields guess we gotta stay tuned
They did have some new airball field rented a week or so back but I didn't see them last week
