Only if Pat ever decides to pick an HD camera to upgrade to, then it'd be possible for future content, but not for previous.

Never know what he'll come up with

Yeah, I was just kind of hoping that was the reason for the wait. Come to think of it, it has been a good while since anyone has released a dvd.

I wonder if he will ever do that? I thought he stuck with the old 32mm (or whatever film it was) film for stylistic purposes during HFAD

dont forget alex fraige filmed some of hfad as well and i believe he used a 32mm for the clips he donated to the movie like some of the opening scenes when the camera is shaking

I am not sure if it said in the commentary or not. It might be super 8 unless Pat gave Alex some sort of 16mm camera to tote around with. My bet is on Super 8 because the footage had a lot of grain to it and was processed kind of funky.

And guys its not 32mm its 35mm and I highly doubt that anyone in their right mind would shoot Paintball in 35mm, unless they are ridiculously rich and well financed.

CK2 has some 35mm stuff

Atleast that's what I thought I heard at some point during the timeline of discussing CK2 somewhere.

Maybe the high speed was shot in 35. That makes sense to me.

Watched CK and I just finished Heroes for a Day today. CK was pretty good, Heroes for a Day was amazing. I'm now hoping XSV continues onto the semis / finals tomorrow in DC, lol.

Can't wait to pick up CK2.
