wats the advantage of the XSF 50g switch with that metal arm coming down off it? is it better to get this switch?

It makes the trigger pull lighter. Personal preferance. Will probably help you shoot a little faster.

I would recommend a switch rated to 50 grams withoug a lever. You can get basically any waight you want of switch from the omron site if you want to solder, and I bet theres other places with switches for sale.

if you face the lever up and put a set screw right on the end, if you hold it right it will bounce like CRAZY ... i got my switch (same one) from radio shack and i love it :-D

ruddy, will it fit in a spyder upside down though? do the pins you have to put thru it line up then?

with myne i just extended the wires and then made the lever face down so on my sweet spot the udjustable part can hit and i am willing to bed my piggy bank its lighter then anyone elses in here....i mean the switches without a lever. haha

i have a question will the board work on spyder clones like the e-icon? also could i put it in a viewloader oirion that has been upgraded to elctro?

If you used a Spyder ESP on the orion, then yes it will work. Last year I put a ESP frame on a BE Avenger and it worked fine, and since your just putting eyes on it you should be good to go.

Yes the Icon is the same spyder frame.

If I'm not mistaken, the XSF board is $125. A bit overpriced. There are cheaper options, but whatever floats your boat.
