What does anyone know about declaring individual sovereignty?

Basically I just want to create the biggest headache I can for everyone the next time I go to court. Open to suggestions.

Go for it. Go in there all cocky and full of crazy tricks to get out of a ticket. The judge has never seen that happen before.

You do realize that the courts can make your life more difficult than you think you're making theirs? They already have o be there, so you're just part of the show. The judge can say, in addition to your fine you have to take a defensive driving course, at your expense. A few minutes of the judge's time = you paying to have to sit through hours of educational videos. That's just for starters.

I can't wait to hear the rest of this story.

He isn't getting fined, he didn't get a ticket, they let him go after changing the story of why they were pulling him over a few times; first speeding, then a light out, then he fit a description of a suspect, then they wanted to make sweet sweet love to him.
