I'm currently taking 20g of creatine a day, Im looking for massive gains. Should I mix all of it with grape juice? Or will that cause me to gain too much muscle? Thanks

just picked up some salt tablets from Amazon.
Hopefully they help with my forever calf cramping issues.

2-3g 2x daily tends to be the sweet spot for a lot of users. Add in CoQ10, Vit E, and ALCAR.
To anyone with the means/wants for a solid nootropic, I highly advise grabbing some Phenylpiracetam.

An acute cholinergic like that is quite interesting for preWO - even alpha GPC which is fairly mundane shows interesting results.
I've been experimenting with huperzine A + choline citrate but I don't have much in the way of acute effects to report
