Yeah, it's pretty gnarly stuff. Just try to stay hydrated, and eat things like fruit. Not too much you can do other than wait it out.

I don't think my stomach is ready to handle anything. I sipped like 1/3 of a cup of sprite and couldn't hold it down.
Water is all I can hold really.
Was supposed to give some presentations right now but that ain't happening. Hopefully one of my comrades will step up and take charge.

Mmmm...this sandwich is ****ing delicious. 7 slices of salami, 10 slices of pepperoni, cheddar cheese, zesty italian dressing, on a hoagie sliced in half and broiled for ~5 minutes at 400 degrees.
