Help with consistency

Went to the local field today to have a great day of paintball and relieve some stress, when I stepped up to the chrono I noticed that my FPS were highly sporadic. The field limit was 280 and I was shooting at around 260 with a few hot balls going around 285-290. I currently have the rocksteady reg seat and a insert kit that helps with the FPS.

Is there anything else that I can do to get this to more consistent? I do need to break the reg seat in, but in the mean time is there anything to do?

Dumb double post but, upon relubing and inspection my regulator piston is lightly scored. I don't think that's too normal.

Hpa. I talked to Azodin Tech via PM last week and noticed that I was tuning wrong. My regulator was set very very high I needed to turn that down and turn my rear spring up.
