The people who are complaining about this new feature are probably partially responsible for PBN having to install this feature.

Yes, your thread will be dead for the rest of the day after it's bumped. So will everyone elses. Your thread will get just as much time on the front page as everyone elses. The only people this will effect in a negative way are people abusing the 1 up per day rule.

it will also incourage more Gold ups which is a smart move on the part of pbn..in a business stand point

all you have to do is click "last post" on the the sort menu at the top of the forum and it will sort them based on the last post

Why? You will have just as much of a chance to get on the front page as anyone else. Did you cheat the 1 up per day rule before? If so, that's really the only way this will effect you.

Lets say you bump your thread at 9pm one day. The next day you lose access to the computer at 8 pm (for whatever reason, work, have to be somewhere, etc). You can't bump your thread that day, lose that many offers, takes that much longer to sell/trade stuff. Another thing thats causing Pbn to go down the drain.
