Mini Bolt Sticking

So I got a mini a few months ago and it worked great for a few games. Then I noticed after a while every few shots the bolt would stick forward then if i pulled the trigger again it would pop back. I have tried relubing it, replacing the O rings and replacing the whole assembly (swapped the bolt assembly out of a working mini into this one) and it still sticks forward. Any ideas what it could be?

Thanks for any info

Was trying to help tech someones gun that the same problem this morning. Had no earthly idea. We rest the board but about an hours or so later it was back to doing it. So reset your board and maybe that will do the trick

That seems like a board issue if resetting it fixes it for awhile. Are you using the stock board?

Go get the shockwave board for $25. much better board and a hell of a lot easier to program! Besides, it what comes stock in the mini now anyways...

That sounds like a very wierd problem, is air rushing through the barrel?

If it is leaking, is it super heavy or lighter?

If it is not leaking, the board shouldn't have anything to do with it since the bolt return is 100% mechanical. The spring should be resetting the bolt if the bolt is stuck completely forward. Are you sure the spring is on correctly? Is he using the stock bolt and stock spring?

How small is the barrel bore your using, chances are your bolt maybe sticking in the bore after each shot. Is it a stock bolt ? Seen this happen with a TechT bolt in a Freak barrel when the owner was running a .679 insert.

Check to see if the spring is installed backwards. It should click into place.

I doubt it's a board issue. The only reason it would stick forward is due to the spring, or if there is a leak.
