The Evil Pimp uses a Parker KH303 solenoid iirc, Same solenoid as an impulse.

thank you very much for this tidbit. ill look into it. ill see if i can get some more pics of they hybrid for you guys. i was a ******* and shipped my lens for my nikon back in the shipping container from our deployment, trying to save money because i had no more room in my bags... so im stuck with a new d7100 and no lens... hahaha
