so whats the jersey requirement for this? can they be just a long sleeve with school logo? i figure that would meet the 2 layer no padding rule. do they have to have a number, first rodeo so just checking.

No jersey requirements for hs division, you don't have to even have one. Our team jerseys haven't came in yet, so wearing my Chattanooga CEP jersey
