It might just be random but it looks to me like both teams are shooting brighter shelled paintballs than I've seen in a while. They don't look yellow exactly but they're quite a bit more visible than the shells I remember from last year. Are the manufacturers trying out brighter shells or is just this batch of GI?

Ha, you beat me to it. I noticed Boom was shooting red paint too, and they're Empire. Seems like brighter shells might be getting tested this event.

With Millennium requiring bright shells, I wonder if the manufacturers are just using the same shell for PSP. May save them money over manufacturing a darker shell for no real reason.

I'm not sure how much difference the price in die (or is it spelled dye) coloring is. I doubt it is that much of a difference really.
