2nd Generation O3's???

Umm, can anyone explain what the differences are with the 2nd generation O3's? Any reason why to pick them over the regular O3 or are they just like new releases with no diffs at all. Thanks

they r pretty much the same but the first gen had a better dwell setting so it gets better efficiency.

Do you mean 03 or 03x? Or do you mean the first 50 batch 03s vs the other 03s?

the dwell still isn't good though on any of them. I have a first gen, and I easily get less than 800 on a 68/45 fill. I can't wait till the t-board! It will solve all of life's paintball problems(like having to come in for air every 3 rounds)

you can tell first gen o3e's from others from the colors. 1st Gens have the gloss colors such as red, cobalt, and black. Others come with the dust red/black or blue/black fade.

the second gens also have an odyssey sticker on the ram cap, first gens don't. the O3x's aren't second gen, they are an upgrade for first and second gens. first gens have a better dwell setting, blah blah blah, repeating the other answers.

parting a first gen in sig.

Well speaking of the dwell time. Everyone says you need some cable thing to adjust it. Where can you get one? Or are they even out yet?? Links=good

Then why are people always talking about needing to have a datacable to adjust dwell on the O3e's??? How do you adjust dwell time then?

you cant ajust the dwell thats the point unless you send it to Odyssey. they have the cable but wont sell them. the cable and software was supose to have come with the gun.

Well whats the point in getting an O3 if you cant adjust the dwell?? Doesn't it defeat some of the benefits of having a low pressure gun???
