you're eating pretty clean, you just need to eat a lot more

lettuce reveiw:
- up carbs by 100-150g
- increase fats in order to eat more cals
- just straight up, eat a lot more

I finally decided that today I will prep for my first contest ever in men's physique. I have 6 months until the show. I'm hoping to put on another 10lbs then slowly cut it up until the show. Not sure what I was thinking, but **** it. #letsgo

went to go buy clothes for the captains dinner for my cruise, so essentially casual/formal type clothes. went in between work shifts, was trying **** on and noticed a nice little mirror and there was nobody in the dressing room, i had take advantage of these mirrors lol

no pump, sitting in at ~209, hard enough to maintain, i dont even wanna talk about gaining... but im slowly climbing



and i took one of my more casual, but formal clothes cause i know we got some people in here that like to look nice, im the same way



must make 3 notes for the above picture
1. pants are a 38 in the pic, too big, i got a 36 so the pants i bought do fit me better than that.
2. thats obviously not a real polo, but they had those shirts for $10, so i jumped on em and bought two.
3. thats a medium shirt, hell no i can not fill out a large yet

1. don't tuck in that shirt unless you can pull it off with a nice leather belt
2. don't button it all the way up
3. do something new with your hair

also for the record, the khaki's go better with the blue shirt. and seems weird that your waist is as large as a 36 yet you're still a medium shirt size, based on your pictures i would have thought otherwise.

khakis are work pants, but i did plan to take a pair on the cruise with me. i did buy a belt, just didnt have it on. i've always had huge thighs from being a fatty, i can fit into a 34 waist but they would be gripping my thighs like a dam python

Disagree. We're all aware of andrews competent cutting ability. He just needs a solid base to come down from. Finally starting to see Trap,Chest,Back Development, and look like he lifts. I say just ****ing ride it out for the winter. How much damage can an extra 2-3 months do? Will start looking joocy by late next year.

EDIT: Could probably just cut the kcal/carbs slightly, and still bulk with out much detremental effect.

Yea I've added more carbs to meals since yesterday I had 4 meals already and I'm at about 200 grams /carbs and like 150/grams protein .
