The old one is near death, and I wanted this one.
You guys know the drill.

So anybody else learned "Snow" by the red hot chili peppers? I learned it like an hour ago and it's a little tough to play at full speed. Just an observation.

What a ****ty thread title.
I don't even play/own a guitar. Whenever I've had one it always ends up collecting dust and with me playing bass/piano instead. I wish I didn't have such expensive taste.

this thread is full of t3h lulz
I lost one of the screws holding the input on the guitar in on my esp. So I replaced it with a screw i found in my basement, same size...but different type of screw...so,its holding it until I can get out to a guitar shop or something and buy a screw...until then the screw I have in now unscrews every once in a while...and its pissing me off, hah.

the input on my schecter is held on entirely by super-glue. what a ****ty guitar. it's hardly worth the effort of ordering new screws.
but i went to guitar center for the first time yesterday, and once i get the money (fantasy football winnings) i'm going back for the les paul standard i played, and a hard case. all for only $440. ?

Cool, what did you get at Warmoth?
So far for chistmas its looking like this:
Metal Muff
ESP LTD M-400
a few picks
I think the m400 will be much better than my ****ty squire, the action on it is so high its disgusting, and if I try to lower it I get fret buzz, wtf? NOw all I need is a nice tube amp and I have a pretty good setup.

I got a custom hollow strat body and a custom half scalloped neck. I also got all the hardware from them including a Floyd Rose. It came to almost $1400 and 10 weeks of waiting.

nah. I will have him next fall though, cause I think I might take his hard rock/metal lab just for flavor. This last semester, my teacher is Scott Tarulli. Next semester, I'm studying with Don Lappin who has this crazy two handed tapping technique that I want to learn.

Do you go to Berklee or something?
I already got my xmas present, Mesa Boogie F30, love it to death. Although I kind of wish I had waiting and bought one of the new Victoria copies of the Gibson GA40, best amp I've ever heard.
