vanguard costomer service...

i just wanted to let everyone know how ahhhhhhhhhmazing vanguardUSA costomer service is.

i had a minor issue with my marker, and had at least 4 reps trying to help me fix it, i had offers to ship the gun of to fix it, connect over skye and trouble shoot it, and even was offered to show up to franks door step and have him fix it.

i couldnt ask or anymore, this company is going places in the next few years.

if you havnt picked up a demon i suggest you shoot one and see what your missing, it is the nicest marker ive ever shot. and i couldnt be happier.

THANKYOU
eric,mike, and FRANK!

Ok vanguard techs,I thought I had this velo issue figured out but tried the gun out today and would not cycle properly!!! It appears that there is bolt stick or not enough air when the gun ramps. On single shot it shoots fine
Things I've done:

1. Changed all inner can orings to polyurethane
2. Lubed with Dow 55
3. Battery was at 75% and dwell at 13.5. Rest stock settings
4. Watched all the bolt maintenance videos
5. Can I send this gun for repair? Had this gun 2 months and having issues ;(

PLEASE HELP!!!!

isn't 13.5 an awfull low dwell? try raising it to 15, shoot.
Then 16 and so on, until you get full cycles

Dwell stock is 15. We can get you set up for service. Have you changed the rear can oring?

It's one of the manifold screws at the very front. Sucks they don't have an alley key with the set to fit that screw :/

It is not in the allen key set. We have fixed that problem and in the future that allen key will be in the set on the next run. Sorry for the confusion and I hope you have one if not I will send you one in the mail.

Thanks Frank, but I'd like to fix the gun tomorrow. Do you know the size? I'll just buy one at lowes or wherever if they carry it. Thanks again.

i wouldn't remove the manifold from the body if you havnt before, you might find that your gasket oring has swelled and won't fit once you try to reinstall your manifold...just a heads up from someone who has made that mistake before
