Could be evil or DXS Gold, but this year at PSP Chicago all fills of paintballs were a neon yellow/green color, probably easier to make sure people were getting their paint from the event and not bringing non PSP sponsored paint there

Most of the paint shot at PSP Chicago was DXS Gold. Some teams shot Ultra Evil. Some of it actually was orange. I saw a couple teams on the NXL field using orange fill.
Some teams actually got some Ultra Marbs too.

Slightly thinner Marb shell with Ultra Evil fill. I actually have a couple cases still.
RPS makes it in a limited batch one to a few times a year.
EDIT:
Here's pics. Pics are dark, my camera is terrible. Fill is BRIGHT yellow, like Ultra Evil or DXS Gold. Bore is very small, .680-.682.

WOW! I've been wondering what kind of paint was that!
I was shot in the pack with this once, shot like 3 times(got bunkered) in the pack and I had the hardest time wiping it off for the next game. and this was during recball. the dude only had about a bag of this then switched to interia pro. damn is that paint sexy!
I thought I liked the bigger bore paintballs but I noticed the smaller bores seem to fly straighter more consistantly.

From what i personally saw and heard:
DXS had issues with the Gold shell at the event, most teams shot silver or evil, the color of the fill at the event was the same for all of the paintballs...i was in the pits where teams shot evil, silver and menace, it was all the same color fill.
I know this A because we talked to DXS and they said they were working on getting a new batch of gold halfway through.
Evil was also having issues pro team captains and coaches were checking the boxes to make sure the paint wasnt too brittle to shoot.

I can only speak for what I saw personally, and that was a couple teams shooting bright orange on the NXL field. As to what brand paint, I'm not sure. I want to say I saw RL shooting orange fill in prelims, so I would assume it was Evil, but I honestly can't remember 100% if, so I won't go claiming they shot orange fill Evil. But other wise, yes, I agree, 99% of the paint I saw was bright yellow fill. And I never saw any orange after prelims. I will also agree with the switching to DXS Silver. I saw a lot of Gold boxes everywhere, but also heard complaints about how it was shooting, and shortly after day one I saw a lot of Silver boxes too. Some of my friends still have a some cases of Gold they are trying to get rid of, but are having a hard time with it because it is "abnormally brittle".

I mainly watched the NXL field, but I did see a few splatters of blue on bunkers on other fields.
To the OP, I actually prefer to shoot paints that are .688 or smaller because I like the flight path they take towards the end of the shot better than a bigger ball. I like to shoot stuff that will slightly overbore though a .688-.689 barrel. Not too much, just a slight .002-.003 overbore to allow clearance for ball variances, possible dimples (although rare, I don't shoot junk paint), and bad seams (once again, rare, I don't shoot junk paint) so that my velocity fluctuations are less because the difference in friction from ball to ball down the barrel is minimal.

Vic I have shot that before somewhere, I just never knew it was "Ultra Marbs" I just thought it was a normal case of Marbs with a yellow fill.
But now that you mention it, they did have a more brittle shell.

cool, I like the way you think, I 100% agree with you on .688 and smaller.
I gotta get my hands on that ultra marbs stuff.
