They have no player development within that program whatsoever. Everyone stays the same. Just no leadership, no drive to get better, etc. Nobody, with the exception of a few players, even acts like they give a ****.

Nice one handed grab by Julio, I was a big basher of him last year and I think for good reason but if he can keep it up he's gonna realize his potential this year.

Also I was obliterated when I last posted, started drinking at 9 in the morning and didnt stop until gametime 3:30.
