With my FT screw out and my manifold screw in 1 1/2 turns, dwell at 16 my gun shoots amazing. As soon as I put the FT screw in it shoots like complete crap, chronos all over the place, if it even shoots one out of the barrel. Acts exactly the same when I put the dwell to 18 also.
Also, it shoots just as bad with the manifold screw flush and the FT screw in. The gun shoots beyond my expectations without the FT, basically just want to fix it for possible future resale.
Check on the board that the diode marked D1 is still attached to the board if that was knocked off when putting the gun back together the solenoid will not have enough power to fire with the FT screw in.

All orings are luxe orings. I use gr33se on the static/seal orings and monkey poo on the active orings. My fsdo is set at 20ms. And current dwell at 16ms because the FT screw is not in. I have multiple Luxes with the FT screw in that also shoot great with the same settings. The only thing throwing me off is how amazing it shoots with FT out and goes completely haywire with FT in. It's not a minor difference at all, it shoots ridiculously bad. Thank you very much for your time and replies also!! I will check that connection when I get home! And if it is plugged in correctly, could it be a bad wire/connection?
no problem helping out. clean the Monkey poo off the active orings and apply sleek, if the gun runs fine with the FT out then has cycle issues in then it is more than likely that diode. since the gun functions perfectly fine with the FT out there is no wire or other issue that could be causing it. the only thing possible would be the orings which you stated are factory (that's good) or the diode take a look when you get back and please let us know.

Okay, so I have my grips off at the moment and I see a D1 labeled on the board. There is a small black rectangle the right of the D1 that appears be in tact. So I loosened the board up and looked on the inside for some kind of attachment and see nothing. Am I looking at the right D1?
It's all black. And I don't see a label on the inside of the board for D1 like in the picture you sent me. My D1 is opposite the side that you plug the solenoid in to.
