yes. when you do the factory reset it skips the /data its in if I remember correctly. I hate the /0 virtual folder setup by 4.2. My phone be slightly fubar trying to pull the data.

Yes, I always have all of my pictures, videos, and music on my phone after a wipe and flash.

So far everything seems to be well in place. Hoozah! The only thing is that I thought 4.2 brought pinch to zoom in gmail. Mine isn't doing it.

Anyone recommend a really good looking weather/clock widget?

You may need a new gapps zip if it wasn't for 4.2 if not then it could be why you didn't get the pinch zoom.

Another step I learned when rooting that helped me was mounts and storage /system format that. It helps the phone if you flash a lot it gets rid of the files it doesn't need.

Whatever the new software update did for the skyrocket, it seems to give me a lot better battery life. Been on the phone all internet with the screen on the whole time and have only gone down 6% battery

played with tablets at office max today, the Transformers are super nice. They have the infinity running windows RT but i didnt know how to work it, it just said "cant display web page" and wouldnt go back to the homescreen..but it was still cool nonetheless.
