You should post some pics Ian! I've been itching to start one of several projects that will most likely take place for several years (in order to procure the parts and get everything how I want).
The first is a Shocker project above all others. I'm looking to make an NXT Dynasty shocker body with the following parts:
-CCM Ripframe
-Virtue Redefined Board
-Virtue Laser Eyes
-Bloodline VA
-Bob Long 360 Inline Reg
-Bob Long Cam Drive ASA
-Lurker Eigen Bolt
-Smart Parts Q-lock Feedneck
-Dye Carbon Fiber Ultralite
-All Dust Black Anno, maybe a small laser engraving of CAOL (haven't decided yet...wish someone would do the Infamous Lion from the Infamous Victory's or the new limited Axe Pros from RAZA...my favorite laser engraving to date).
Second would be a Karnivor...same color, all dust black with the following upgrades:
-Tadao Yakuza Board
-MQ2 Valve or AKA Tornado
-Planet Eclipse front end (if possible...most likely astronomical to afford if one can be found)
-Eclipse SL3 Inline (Violent)
-Eclipse POP's (w/drop unfortunatly...oh well, it's a small one that comes with the gun, and converts it to a t-rail)
-Dye Ultralite Freak Bored (not going to make the mistake of overboring again with cockers...what a pain)
Lastly would be a DM9 with the following:
-Virtue Redefined Board
-Critical Raze Trigger
-Bob Long Cam-Drive ASA
-Stock Bolt Pooty Polished
-Virtue Laser Eyes
-Dye 45 degree angled Macro-line fitting
All just kind of wishful thinking though. It would be fun to build these beasts though. I love starting with a gun that has potential, and making it flourish by the end of the project. I've done it before with just about every gun I've owned. Albiet, I don't own them for more then a year, but the final result is always pretty damn neat! The most fun I've ever had has been with my old Ion and with my friends 06 Timmy....

Probably one of the best guns I've owned...it ran at around 110-120 psi, dwell of around 10ms, it was damn smooth and pretty amazingly fast given the stock solenoid limitations. Very nice little gun!
My buddies 06 Timmy has the following:

-Critical Trigger Magnet mod (such a nice smooth trigger pull and return!)
-Bob Long Gear Drive ASA
-Bob Long Pillow Bolt
-Empire Nano Feedneck
Gun shoots damn smooth, and unbelievably fast in semi! Probably the smoothest poppit I've shot to date! I love this gun...so glad he bought it and has upgraded it to what it is today!
