Heh. We used to have the national track team based here so there are a lot of world record holders in track in the area. You should see their files..... 1800+watt 5"!!!!

Do you have a program you're using to track your workouts? I'm guessing you'll first need to establish a baseline and then develop some training routines from there.

yea you need to do some research and do tests to establish your power zones. The simplest kind involved doing a race effort time trial and calculating your zones off of LT.
if you ride with it for a while and use a program like goldencheetah it will automatically track your highest power values for given times (30 sec, 5 min power etc.) and you can refine your zones off that.

Going to Europe May 25th until June 15th for fun. Its the summer and have nothing else to do. Also my cousin has his vacation during this time frame so we will probably go to France at some point. Doesn't hurt that his room mate works (possibly owns?) a bike shop so he can go riding with me.
