Due to Recent Events.
I have received money from you and have shipped out your product(s) then i am unable to send you your money back. You have decieded to deal with me so there should be no problem, you made the choice when sending me money, so i wont be sending money back to you, unless i believe the situation calls for it.

Also,
If you do not recieve a package during the time i said it would come during. You must contact me asap. If i dont get a msg from you than i will think that you recieved your product. Responding back to me and telling me that you did not recieve your product is mostly your fault, do not come back at me and try saying it is my fault when i shipped the product.

Rules when trading with me.
1) All products are cleaned and working before leaving my possesion. All sales are FINAL
2) You are trading with me at your own risk. I am a great trader just read the feedback. I have done buisness with moderators before and there has been no problems at all with them. So I am very trust worthy.
3)Any Product sent to me first and is damaged, i will hold that Product until it functions properly and then I send out my product( I usually only hold products for 1-2 days but this rarley happens)
4) I will do 3rd parties for people I am trading with, I will select the place and pay for it too.
5) PM's are your friends, use them. I dont like talking on aim that much so i would like most conversations to be via PM's. That way we both have a copy of what we are saying and both parties can show what we agreed on if something happens. I keep a saved copy of all my outgoing PM's.
6) Unless i post my product in the NIB Forum every thing you see in my threads are USED. I hope you understand that part.
7) If the package does not come in right away, Do not get mad or PM me being angry or along the lines of that. Give the package a day or two to come to you if it is close to the weekend. It may come on Monday if you dont get it by saturday.
I will add to this as i feel it is necesary
8)I always ship USPS priority mail, I never get insure/track/delivery confirmation unless you tell me so, So by reading these rules you understand that and can not blame me for that.
