CSLB used to have a few guys from Aftermath, the Tennessee team had some guys from CEP, and UConn had a few from 187 crew. That was back in 2010 though.

The only year I recall where a team with Pros actually won was the year Long Beach beat Omaha.

Of course teams with Pro players can do well, but usually a top-tier college team will beat out a college team who has a Pro guesting for the tournament.

Chris Tregarthen was on that CSLB team. Kid was absolutely unreal, although I think he was "only" D1.

Yeahhhh thats his name. I knew they had a player that was crazy good. Seems like they were in the finals every year he was there.

Correct, he wasn't pro yet but got invited to the Vicious tryouts along with London Lewis if I recall correctly.

Pro players don't guarantee wins. Good teams that work together well are better. High-ranked players are nice to have because they have the field awareness and experience to do thing lesser experienced players won't do. That doesn't offset rookie mistakes, penalties, unwillingness to move, and being unaware of the field.

If I remember correctly he was already with Vicious. However I could be wrong.
