Pump players dream hopper!

Sometimes one clean shot is all you get....I love rev loaders but the size is a bit big and I would shoot a sport shot...but hate when I get a miss feed.

I thought of this while envying Gregs r7 hopper and realizing I'll probably never get my hands on one

It fits roughly 120.... Thee hundred round hopper

......measure twice, cut once GL!

I tried this once. Ruined a loader. With mainstream companies slinging out pumpz now it will only be a matter of time before they come out with a <150 loafer.

Hopefully...

Looks good! I've always wanted to try making one but was afraid I'd ruin it. You should have made the front part with a layer of foam and invented "The Bounce Hopper".

Heh, bring your shake'n'bake hopper with you just in case.
paintball impacts are pretty heavy.

are you using super glue or epoxy?
overlapping the lips or edge to edge?

Edge to edge, both roughened up and epoxied

If it breaks, next one you do, try overlapping the lip for better structure. You may have to cut a little slit the length of the overlap so you can wedge them together, but I think it'll hold up way better. Hooray for epoxy and not superglue. That would've been a disaster.

Less douching more helping. I wonder how he made that and what the bottom seams/inside looks like, anyone have any other pics of that one?

This mod has been around for several years. Despite being one of the cleaner and simpler mods, it isn't very popular because it doesn't really do anything. Same frontal profile and makes weight distribution like an egg.

I love the weight distribution, it really lightens up the front of the gun. And there is a difference in side profile, lots of times when shooting cross field playing a tight or small darito, the nose of the hopper is venerable. Probably not as much of a issue for woodsball.

I also hate the feel of most bigger hoppers on a half block but this feels surprisingly good

That is a fair observation, side profile is not irrelevant. Though the nose of the hopper should not be any more vulnerable from a cross angle unless you are misplaying the bunker, it should be the most protected part of the hopper in most cases.

Still, these are generally seen to be not as desirable as ones based on actual smaller hoppers, which is perhaps why you didn't know these have been around a while.

If the nose of your hopper has never been exposed to another player while shooting cross field then you must be pump god, nice to finally meet you

I saw a sport shot attached to one...wasn't a pretty thing.

I really want a r7 this is just going to have to do till one of the big manufacturers make something similar
