cant find any three man tournement series that we can get into after june. they all started in april or may and we are too late. and they all run till september...can someone help me out??
Maybe it's just down here in the South, but most of the series that run down here aren't closed after the first event. Teams will come and go throughout the course of the season, some will play every event, some will play one and done.
You shouldn't have any trouble just playing an individual event. The only drawback would be if it's a series that only gives prizes for end of season, if you had a competitive team that would suck.
im in michigan and ya well i wasnt really sure cuz none of them say if you can just do an individual event or not. and im not to worried about the prizes cuz were just getting started so we just need to get some experiance under our belt first.
You should be able to play individual events with no problem. The best way to make sure is just to contact the field where the even is being held or the coordinator of the series and they should be able to tell you. I can't fathom why you'd run a closed 3-man series...but you never know.
Pretty much a field/series is going to accept as many teams as will come to an event. Sometimes you see a cap on the number of teams that can register if it means that the event can't be run in a reasonable amount of time. You can get by that by just making sure that you guys are committed to playing and getting registered plenty of time in advance.
look in the michigan thread, no limits has one july 10th and another later in the fall, then I know tcp has a rookie series, and I believe killer has some too. all of those would be a good place to get into tourneys, where at in MI are you?
ya just found some of those thanks, planning on going to the one at no limits... fenton area, tradin' paints my home field. i live right next to it if you no where its at.
