attention acs bolt owners, read this
today i contacted kingman about my delrin acs bolt. if i put 3 rounds in the feed neck and fire the gun, 2 ball go 15 feet in the air and break. i cant get my speed over 270. they said that it is because the manufacture made a bunch of bad ones. then he said if i ship back my old bolt with a letter to kingman, they will send me a new one for free.
EDIT (read this before asking which one u have)-
Old= Cirle air hole
New= Oval air hole

Well the thing I find most amazing
In amazing grace
Is the chance to give it out
Maybe that's what love is all about

they said it was cut 2 short, but i think it is the firs indent in the bolt, that would alow way to much air up the feed neck. some one said that the new one is solid or one level. just guessing

you should not have chopping problems unless you can consistantly shoot 13 bps on ur gun. The 12v revy feeds 12 bps.

well, the Revvy is rated at 10-12 bps....I'm sure I'm not shooting more than that,I just got my grip recently,and I'm still learning.I'm playing Sunday, I have a Piranha EXT 2K4, but want to use the Spyder, if I can get away with the stock bolt

Thats sorta funny, I sent trooper an email serveral months ago when the ACS bolt first came out, Because i had issues with mine, I sent him photos showing how the machine groove near the front of the bolt was to close to the end... So when bolt slid forward the ball would drop down where the machine groove is, then on the recock when the bolt would come back over the machine groove and it would shove the ball back up, and then the ball would slame down in the chamber.
Someone sent a phone number to contact them but i lost the email some how, so i just threw it in the bottom of the box and left it.
