Yea until I can log on and play whenever I want and don't have constantly log back in I'm not even gonna bother with this game. Of course I don't play these type if games with other people so any kind of online only element is already an annoyance. I'm also not a big fan of the character 's art direction. The environments are fine but the characters could have used another pass around the ole design table, IMO.

Well, I meant logouts. But yea, it's kinda dumb, but at least they have more than 1 server. You woulda thought they fixed everything over the weekend when they got hit with 69k+ players.

Been playing anywhere from 5:00 PM - 12:00 AM PST. No crashes. No logouts.
I realize I'm likely a very rare case. Seems a lot of people have been getting booted. Still, I can't complain at my lack of issues with connectivity

Ive slowed down over the last couple days. Ill have no disconnects all night until I'm loading a boss area or trying to find a waypoint or something. I spent several hours running through the same area over and over trying to get to the waypoint in the zone on the other side just to get disconnected. I dont know if I'm playing during their peak hours or what, but it's starting to get frustrating.

I couldn't play 5 minutes without getting the boot. That gets old fast.

For some reason peak load times start at like 3 est and extend til like 8 or later. Today was weird, didn't get dc/ed til now, just got into a2 for the second difficulty. I've really gotta stop wasting items on mid-level gear, gotta keep myself in check to save up for the high level stuff...
But seriously, I don't understand why a peak load for the european servers would crash ALL the servers. Aren't they hosted in different countries to make sure **** like that doesn't happen?

Was talking with a friend from school and was typing in the url and he was like "dude I play that!!"
Aside form that, I thought I saw that Monday they released a patch that made (almost?) everything more stable under large loads?

They keep claiming that, yet every day there is a new patch that says they fixed it, and it keeps crashing. Not impressed with these "fixes"

I mean, they are like ~20 guys right? Compared to other companies with many more technicians and deeper pockets, they're making progress, no?

If you call having the same server problems since open beta started and claiming to fix them every day, yet having it happen again the next day progress, then yes. Tonight wasn't as bad as other nights, only 2 realm crashes lol

So... I was doing the bandit quest with a public party, and instead of killing oak, I chose to save him... Needless to say, the other people in the party had no idea, and I facerolled all over them with oak distracting them. Totally expected to get mobbed from the start, but yea... lol

I downloaded this a couple days ago but just got around to trying it. I have no clue what I'm doing but the combat so far has been fun and the skill gems seem like a pretty interesting concept. Definitely gonna keep playing

The crashes are pretty bad, but I'm willing to buy their "Indie game in beta" excuse for the time being. The game feels like it has more depth than Torchlight and a better endgame than D3. I say that having gotten bored of Torchlight and being unable to finish it and bored out of my mind at Paragon 60 in D3.
Still, if they don't get the servers to a bit better place in 2-3 months, I'd probably be pretty sick of it.

I've yet to have the game crash and I've only experienced one lag spike (which did not result into me dying). But I've only been playing the game for a week and a half (lvl 68 ranger). Pretty fun thus far, pretty challenging compared to D3.

I haven't had crash issues since after that first week. They've stabilized the servers, plus the influx of new people isn't as bad as on launch week, so they are better able to handle it.

The more I play this game the more fun it is. The gem system is awesome and the combat is pretty fun. I've been using ground slam on groups with an ice damage weapon, then detonate dead once I kill a few and it's fun as hell. I'm playing 1h+shield marauder
